Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Estimated shipping times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in the 805 (Oxnard area).
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.
Please ensure pickup is completed in a timely manner.
Shipping Responsibility
Chingona Creations is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
