Refund Policy

At Chingona Creations, every item is made with care and many, if not all, of our products are custom-made or personalized. Due to the nature of our work, please review our policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel (tees, hoodies, etc.)
  • Personalized gifts
  • Party favors
  • Custom trays, signage, and engraved items

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.


Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect both our customers and our business, Chingona Creations reserves the right to review any order flagged by Shopify, our payment processor, or our fraud prevention systems as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.

Orders identified as high-risk may be canceled and refunded prior to production or shipment. Additional verification may be requested before an order is processed. Failure to provide requested verification may result in the order being canceled and refunded.


Exchanges & Replacements

We only offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There is a defect in workmanship

To request an exchange or replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Spelling or customization errors approved at checkout
  • Color variations due to screen differences
  • Change of mind after purchase

Shipping

Chingona Creations is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If needed, we can help guide you through filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
